The
35 week programme involves attendance at one of our centres one day a week. Course content includes House Design,
Construction and Technology, Housing Maintenance and Refurbishment, Customer Service, Health and Safety, Supervision
of Information and Resources and Housing Organisations. This will give candidates the suitable knowledge and understanding
to gain a Level 3 CIOB-CIH Certificate in Housing Maintenance.
The qualification is particularly suitable for:

staff from either a customer services or housing management background who want to qualify and progress to become a recognised
